On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Tubbe and carried the matter was referred back to.the former Cosmittee consisting of Trustee Chapman, and Dale. Mr. W. F. Menton was before the Board in reference to a donation from the .City towards paying the ex- pense of a Pageant celebrating Pil~im Fathers. On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried th&t in the event no admission is charged the City would donate $100. from the advertising ~und. A Resolution $ 6?5 of the City of Santa Aha adopting Specifications No. "A", Requirements and material for all classes of Construction in the City of Santa Ana was read and upon motion of Trustee Tuoos, duly second ed by Greenleaf and carried, that same be adopted was passed by the following vote. AYEB~ Trustees Tubbs, and Mitchell. NOES: Trustees None. Dele, Greenleaf ABSENT: Trustee Chapman. Resolution No. 676 of the City Council of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha adopting Specificatio: $100 for the construction of Portland cement concrete pavement with a steel trowel finished wearing surface in~e city of Santa Aha was read and upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and carried that same be adopted passed by the following vote. AYES: Trustees Tubbs, Dale, Greenleaf and Mitchell.
