The Clerk informed the Board of Trustees that the Board of Fifte=n ~reeholders choee~ at an election held in the City of Santa Aha, on the 20th day of July, 1920 had prepared and filed in his office as the Cl=r~ o£ the Legislative ~ody of the City of Santa Aha, on the 16th day o~ December, 1920 a pro- posed charted for the 2overnment of s?id City and had fixed and desi?ated on s~id charter the Plat d~yl of ~mbruary, ~21 as the date on whl~h~ the said Tre- pared andproposed charter shall ~c submitted to the electors o£ ~he City of Santa Ans.
