On motion of Trustee E~le, duly seconded by Chapman and carried the matter was referred to the chair for approval. In the matter of opening Flower Street, North cf ?ickey ,~as on motion o~ Trustee Greenleaf. du]y seconded by Chapman ~nd carried, ~ referred to a committee. Trustees Greenleaf and Chapmen being ~p~ointed as such committee. On motion of Trustee TuObe, duly secc~ed by Greenleaf and cer~]edo Ste~l Finley was granted permission to close 4th Street from ~ortimer to the Santa Fe Tracks for ~0 days in order to pave said portion of street. Trustee Dale, Cheirm~n of the committee appointed st lest meeting in referen~ to matter pe~taininz to a City Charter, reported that the oomnittee recommended ~at the Boar~ proceed ~d that the necessary steps be taken for the ado~tion of ? c~rter, and that the President, Cl=r~, and City ~ttorney be instructed to ~repare the necessary ~apers. This motion was duly seconded by Trustee ChaFm~r and carried. .
