It was decided that the <br /> City should pay for pipe and laying of same and one-hal~ <br /> the cost for digging ditch and removing and replacing <br /> pipe line $~ the property of N. E. Mathews. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly second by Dale and <br />carried plans and profiles for the improvment cf l?th et. <br />from Santiago to Maybu~y Streets was accepted, subject <br />to adjustment of center line of the street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly second by Shapman <br />that the Clerk proceed to open bid received for the im- <br />provment of l?th Stxeet from Santiago to Maybury Street, <br />3S900 SQ. Ft, of five inch Class A concrete payment, in <br />place, including all grading, shaping, forms and all <br />material and all work incidental thereto. The following <br />bide were opened, Wells & Bressler,,l?-95/100 cents per <br />sq. ft. Steele F~nley .21-6/10 cents per ~q. Ft. <br /> <br />Or. Co. En$. and Construction Co..16~ cents per sq. ft. <br />B. R. Ford .16 cents per sq. ft. On motion of Trustee <br /> <br />Greenleaf duly second by Chapman and carried the bid of <br />B. R.
