On motion of Trustee Greenle&f duly second by Tubbe ~nd carried in the matter pertaining~he opening of Myrtle Street from Flower to Bristol. It was decided that the City should pay for pipe and laying of same and one-hal~ the cost for digging ditch and removing and replacing pipe line $~ the property of N. E. Mathews. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly second by Dale and carried plans and profiles for the improvment cf l?th et. from Santiago to Maybu~y Streets was accepted, subject to adjustment of center line of the street. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly second by Shapman that the Clerk proceed to open bid received for the im- provment of l?th Stxeet from Santiago to Maybury Street, 3S900 SQ. Ft, of five inch Class A concrete payment, in place, including all grading, shaping, forms and all material and all work incidental thereto. The following bide were opened, Wells & Bressler,,l?-95/100 cents per sq. ft. Steele F~nley .21-6/10 cents per ~q. Ft. Or. Co. En$. and Construction Co..16~ cents per sq. ft. B. R. Ford .16 cents per sq. ft. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly second by Chapman and carried the bid of B. R.
