Barrows and James B. Sweet as surety, to <br /> do private cement curb and siJewalk contract work <br /> was refer~ed to the chair for approval. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- <br /> leaf and carried, ~he Clerk was instructed to <br /> notify the Southern Counties Ga~ Company thst the <br /> Franchise Tax due the City for the year 1919,-19~0 <br /> was past due. <br /> <br /> In the matter of the contemplated building of a <br /> Feed Bern near 5th and Bristol Ftreets, the ~u~]d- <br /> ins Inopector wa~ on motion of Trustee Tubbs, ~uly <br /> ~ecor~ed b7 Eal~ and carried, instructed not to <br /> issue any build~ng permit for such a business ~t <br /> that locality. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee ~reenleaf duly seconded by <br /> Tubb~ and carried, the City Engineer was ~nstructed <br /> to furnish curb l~ne stakes for West side of Flower <br /> Street from Hickey to lOth, whenever ~eed is se- <br /> cured from the Lowel property, for street purposes. <br /> The Com~[ittee also recommended that above d~stance <br /> of Ftreet be 50 feet in width, and curb established <br /> to con~orm to the c~rb on E8~t ~ide of Street. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, du~y seconded by <br />Greenleef and carried, the Salvation Army were <br />granted a permit to erect a tent on their lot Same <br />tc be un,er the ~upervision of the Fire Chief and <br />Buildinf Inspector. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee ~reenleaf, duly seconded by <br /> <br />Chapman and carried by the followin[ vote, Ayes: <br /> <br /> Trustees Tubbs, Chspmen, Dale, Oreenleef and <br /> <br />~itohell.
