Attorney Charles Swarmer representing NoCoy and Wi]ford was b~fore the Board and asked the Board to revoke the permit issued to icCoy ~d W~lford to giv= boxing ex- hibitions in theGrand Opera House . Revocation effective June 4th, 1~20. Rev. So~hrock of the Census Committee asked that the permit be revoked immediately, and the motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Green]ear that the permit bc cancelled at once on the g-~aunds of violating the State Law passed Oy the follo~ing vote. A resolution of the Board of Trustees of the City of San Ana as the Legislative branch of said municipal cor- poration, vacating, abandoning and setting aside certain proceedings heretofore taken by said Board of Trustees and especially the pass aEe and adoption of that certain Resolution, pa~sed and adopted on the 10th day of 1920, and being Resolution No. 6~9 of the City of Fanta Ana. Whereas, it now appears that sal~ Resolution No. 649, and the terms and provisions thereof, do not s~ate or express and there is not therein stated or ex- pressed or set forth certain conditions and requirements desired by said Board of Trustees to be expressed and set forth; and 3.
