1L23 2esolution :7o. ~nfi flextron of Santa Aha af fifteen free-holders to frame a charter for the G.:v~rning of the City of Santa Ans. The said Ordin.snoe~as read and considered by the Board of Trustees and on motion of Trustee C. H. Chapman, ascended oy ~rustee H. H. Dale and carried , the Ordinance was ordered filed and to be designated Ordinance No. 630. It was then referred to the City Attorney to be put and written in formal condition for a final consideration and passage b/ the Board of Trustees. Resolution No. 65? of the City of Santa Aha, as follows: (a) "A Resolution of the City of Santa Aha, a corporation of the fifth class, incorporated the laws of the State of California, by the Le ~islative branch of said City, being the Board ~rustees thereof, determining an~ declari~E that thepublic interest and also the public necessit demands the acquisltion and constructior of certain municipal improvements, and also the con- pletion of certain other municipal imrrovements in the City of Santa Aha, as follows: The completion and improvcment~f the m%'nlcipal water works of the City of Santa ;,aa. The acquisiti:n and construction in the City of Santa Ana of a ouilding for municipal uses and purposes thereof, aa a Fire Hall, and the com- pletion of the fire apparatus of the City of Santa Ana. (c) The completion and improvement of the ~eneral sewer system of the City of Santa Ans. T4e completion and improvement of the City Hall of the City of ~nta Aha, a Ouilding therein con- structed for municipal uses and purposes. The acquisition of certain property for municipal ue¢a and purposes of street work, and to be used in the improvement and repair of the public stree Of the City of Santa Ans. The construction of cement pavement and a westin ~urface upon a portion of North ~ain Street, a public street in the City of Santa Aha, The construction of cement pavement and a westin surface upon a portion o~ East First S treat, a public street in the City of Santa Ans. The construction of cement pav=ment and a wear- ing surface upon a portion o~ Bristol Street, a ?ublio street in the City of San~a Ans.
