Finley to ?ins Street In Re Sidewalk on Logan Street In Re Purchase of Pgrer ~ress In Re License- Diamond Grill close other municipal improvements in the city of Santa Aha, as set forth in Resolution No. 65? of the said City; and Calling a special election for that purpose, reciting the objects and purposes 'for which the in- debtedness is proposed to be incurred, the separately estimated cost of the proposed several public im- provements and the amount of the principal of the indebtedness to be incurred for each thereof, and the rate of interest to be paid on said indebtedness fixing the date on which such special election will be held, the manner of holding such election, and the voting for or against the incurring of such debtednase, and providing that in all particulars not recited in this Ordinance such special election shall be held as provided by law for holding muni- cipal elections in the City of Santa Ans. having been put in formal condition for final action by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, was read and duly considered, and was then placed upon its final passage. The roll was called and Ordinance No. 651 passed by the votes of two-thirds and more of all of the members of the Board of Trustees of the City of Smuts Ana, ease being passed by the affirmative vote of the following named members of the Board of Trustees. AYES: Trustees, J. W. Tubbs, C. H. Chapman, Walter A. Greenleaf, John G. Mitchell, H. H. Dale. NOES: Trustees None. ABSENT: Trustees None. On motion of Trustees J. W. Tubbe, ~econded by C. H. Chapman and carried, Steel Finley was granted permission to clo~e that E. ortlon of Pine Street existing from Hickory to Cedar Street, for the pub- pose of paving. On motion of Trustee W. A. Greenleaf, seconded by J. W. Tubbs and carried, permission was granted to the property owners to build a sldAwalk four feet in width instead of five feet on Logan Street, North of Washington Ave. On motion of W. A. Tubbs and carried, Greenleaf seconded by John W. it was ordered that the City of Santa Ana purchase a press for bailing paper. On motion of John W. Tubbs, seconded by W. A. Green- leaf and carried, a~plicatlon fcr license by Diamond Grill was approved and license ordered granted.
