Finley to <br /> <br />?ins Street <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Sidewalk on Logan Street <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Purchase of Pgrer ~ress <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />License- Diamond Grill <br /> <br />close <br /> <br />other municipal improvements in the city of Santa <br />Aha, as set forth in Resolution No. 65? of the said <br />City; and <br /> <br /> Calling a special election for that purpose, <br />reciting the objects and purposes 'for which the in- <br />debtedness is proposed to be incurred, the separately <br />estimated cost of the proposed several public im- <br />provements and the amount of the principal of the <br />indebtedness to be incurred for each thereof, and <br />the rate of interest to be paid on said indebtedness <br />fixing the date on which such special election will <br />be held, the manner of holding such election, and <br />the voting for or against the incurring of such <br />debtednase, and providing that in all particulars <br />not recited in this Ordinance such special election <br />shall be held as provided by law for holding muni- <br />cipal elections in the City of Santa Ans. <br /> <br />having been put in formal condition for final action <br /> <br />by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />was read and duly considered, and was then placed <br /> <br />upon its final passage. The roll was called and <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 651 passed by the votes of two-thirds <br /> <br />and more of all of the members of the Board of <br /> <br />Trustees of the City of Smuts Ana, ease being passed <br /> <br />by the affirmative vote of the following named <br /> <br />members of the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />AYES: Trustees, J. W. Tubbs, C. H. Chapman, Walter <br />A. Greenleaf, John G. Mitchell, H. H. Dale. <br /> <br />NOES: Trustees None. <br /> <br />ABSENT: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Ordlrmnce No. 651 having been passed by the <br /> <br />votes oft~o-thirds of all the members of the Board <br /> <br />of Trustees of theC ty of Santa Aha the same was <br /> <br />declardd passed, signed and approved by the Pres- <br /> <br />ldent of the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustees J. W. Tubbe, ~econded by <br /> <br />C. H. Chapman and carried, Steel Finley was granted <br /> <br />permission to clo~e that E. ortlon of Pine Street <br /> <br />existing from Hickory to Cedar Street, for the pub- <br />pose of paving. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee W. A. Greenleaf, seconded by <br /> <br />J. W. Tubbs and carried, permission was granted to <br /> <br />the property owners to build a sldAwalk four feet <br />in width instead of five feet on Logan Street, <br />North of Washington Ave. <br /> <br />On motion of W. A. <br />Tubbs and carried, <br /> <br />Greenleaf seconded by John W. <br />it was ordered that the City <br /> <br />of Santa Ana purchase a press for bailing paper. <br /> <br />On motion of John W. Tubbs, seconded by W. A. Green- <br /> <br />leaf and carried, a~plicatlon fcr license by <br />Diamond Grill was approved and license ordered <br /> <br />granted. <br /> <br /> <br />
