The request <br />was g~anted on Notion of Trustee Greenleaf, du2y second- <br />ed by Dale amd carried. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Oreenleaf <br />and ca~ried, the application of Roehm-Sylveeter Os., for <br />a permit to connect a pump to a gasoline tank already <br />installed 30 feet from the rear of the Veyer A~artments, <br />was granted- subject to the supervision of tbs Fire <br />Chief, and the Ordinance governing such m~tters. Tank <br />is not to contain over 300 gallons of gasoline. <br /> <br />The bond of D. C. Perry for $500.00 as principal, ~o do <br />private contract cement sidewalk and curbing work, was <br />on motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Chapman <br />referred to the chair for approval. <br /> <br />The ~ond of F. E. Newberry Electric Co. for ~500.00 with <br />the Fidelity and Deposit Company of Naryland as surety <br />to do Electrical work, was on motion of Trustee Chapman <br /> <br />duly seconded by Dele, referred <br /> <br />On motion of Truete~ Greenleaf, <br />and carried, the annual report <br /> <br />to the chair for approve <br /> <br />duly seconded by Dale <br />of the Librarian was <br /> <br />accepted and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />2, Block 1, <br />Creenleaf, <br /> <br />In the matter of the petition of F. M. Young, for a per- <br />mit to erect a double four r scm frame dwelling on Lot <br /> <br /> Bless Addition, was on motion of Trustee <br /> duly seconded Oy Chapman and carried, granted <br /> <br />In the matter cf 1she offer of ~rs. J. ~. Ward of Tustin <br />to donate to the City an allegator for Birch Park, was <br />on motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Chapman, re- <br />ferred to the Park Committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
