Board met in regular session. Meeting called to order by Pres. Mitchell. Present: Trustees Tubba, Chapman, Dale and Greenleaf. Minutes of July 6th and 12th approved as read. ~ANTA ANA CITY HALL, July 19th, 1920. 7:30 P. Permit to close Lime and Orchard Streets In Re Permit- Roehm-Sylvester Cc., Gasoline Tank. In Rs Bond of D. C. Perry- Cement sidewalk and curbing. In Re Bond of F. Company. E. Newberry Electric Librarian's Annual Report. In Re Permit- F. N. Young ErS. J. donate E. Ward's offer to allegator. The request of Wells and Breesler for permission to close Lime Street from Ross to Par ton, and Orchard St. from VanNese to Par ton in order to pave e~ld portions of Streets under ~eOificatlone No. g2. The request was g~anted on Notion of Trustee Greenleaf, du2y second- ed by Dale amd carried. On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Oreenleaf and ca~ried, the application of Roehm-Sylveeter Os., for a permit to connect a pump to a gasoline tank already installed 30 feet from the rear of the Veyer A~artments, was granted- subject to the supervision of tbs Fire Chief, and the Ordinance governing such m~tters. Tank is not to contain over 300 gallons of gasoline. The bond of D. C. Perry for $500.00 as principal, ~o do private contract cement sidewalk and curbing work, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Chapman referred to the chair for approval. The ~ond of F. E. Newberry Electric Co. for ~500.00 with the Fidelity and Deposit Company of Naryland as surety to do Electrical work, was on motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Dele, referred On motion of Truete~ Greenleaf, and carried, the annual report to the chair for approve duly seconded by Dale of the Librarian was accepted and ordered placed on file. 2, Block 1, Creenleaf, In the matter of the petition of F. M. Young, for a per- mit to erect a double four r scm frame dwelling on Lot Bless Addition, was on motion of Trustee duly seconded Oy Chapman and carried, granted In the matter cf 1she offer of ~rs. J. ~. Ward of Tustin to donate to the City an allegator for Birch Park, was on motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Chapman, re- ferred to the Park Committee.
