Shall the City of Santa Aha incur a bonded in- debtedness for the construction of cement pave- ment a~d ,eam in~ surface upon those portions of oe~$a~n.-p~l$c streets in the City of Santa An&, not already paved with ~ement pavement and wearing surface, which abut upon, and insofar as they do abut upon, the school grounds of certain public schools in the City of Santa Aha, in the sum of $40,000.00. and which wil~ heresfter be referred to and designated Proposition No. 9. Shall the City of Santa Ana incur a bonded indebtedness for the construction of con- crete and steel constructed culverts under and across Second, Third, and Fourth Streets, public streets in the City of S~nta Aha, in the sum of $5,0OO.OO. and which will hermafte~e referred to and designated Proposition No. 10. At said cpecial election the City of Ssnta Aha was sub- divided into six sreclsl election ~reoinots and they were numbered from 1 to 6 ~oth inclusive. The tota~ number of votes of all the voters vet- lng at the special election was 14gO votes.
