Minutes of Janus. fy 2?, and 24th approved as re~d. In Re Pumping ?lant, In Re t(ay and 5urbank £1ectric Sign. A oom:,~unioation from the Southern Pacific Ry. ComTany in reference to the City maintaining an oil pumping ~plant on the company's lot at 2nd and Bush Sts. at the nominal r entel of $1.00 per annum, stating th@t same had been increased to ~5.0, O per year. On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded oy D~le and carried, that a con- tract be entered into with the Company in compliance with their request. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, du~y seconded oy Greenleaf and carried, Kay and Burbank Co. were granted a permit to hand an electric sign in front of their place of business 210 N. ?&sin St. under ~;he supervision of the City Elect- rioian and City Ordinances. # In Re Street Superintendent's Report-Oil and Gas In Re Monthly re-Or ts In Re Demands In Re Demand of Chas. ~pioer carri ed, %~arshal, referred The Street Superintendent'e report in reference to the amoont of oil and gas used by t he dlfferent~ departments of the C~ty waa on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Crcenlesf and carried, accepted and ordetred filed and the Clerk instructed to make the necessary changes in the different funds. # On mc~lon of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dais and the monthly reports of the tteoorder, Fire Chief Bldg. Inspector, and Sanitary Inspector, were to the finence committee. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, carried, the Clerk was instructed Treasurer to cover the demands a~ mlttee. On mo~ion by Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the demand of Chgs. Spicer for $116.43 was referred tc tbs City Attorney and Special Oounsel. duly seconded by Chapman and to draw warrants on the audited byfinance eom-
