Ford the certified shack which accompanied hie bid <br /> for constructing sewers on W. etna& Clara Avenue & <br /> et al streets. <br /> <br /> motion of Trustee Chap~n duly seoo~led by ~ubb~ <br /> On <br /> <br /> carried, the Clerk was instructed to open bid~ received <br /> for the rental of app~oxiaataly 8~ acres of the City <br /> sewer farm. One bid was received, that of E. W. <br /> who bid as follows: $17~0 per year for two years; <br /> for let year at time of lease and ~nd year , Jan. l~th, <br /> 19~. '~ motion~Truetee Chapman th&t the ~id be <br /> aeoepted- provided, if agreealbe for one year , that the <br /> City Attorney, Sewer 8upa. & City En~neer prepare the <br /> necessary contract for the rental of same. The &boys <br /> motion was duly seconded by Tubbs and carried. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Dale <br /> and carried, the President of the Bo~rd and the Clerk <br /> were authorized to sign the contract and approve the <br /> bond of the Orange Co. Enginearin~ & Construction Oo. <br /> for paving the school property of Lincoln & <br /> <br /> Schools aocordln~ to their bid. <br /> · <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by'Dale tad <br /> carried, th% ~reaidant of ~he Board a~d the Clerk'we~e <br /> ~uthorised to sign the contract and approve the Bead <br /> of T. W.
