M. for <br />the purpose of considering the matter of re-arrangement <br />of the offices in the City Hall to be occupied by the <br />officers. <br /> <br />Sam Jerniga~, City Marshal, certified that he served a <br />copy for the above call upon the following lambers of <br />the Board.~ Trustees Chapman, Tubbe. Dale and Greenleaf. <br /> <br />The meeting wu called to order by President Mitchell with <br /> <br />the following trustees present. <br />and Greenleaf. <br /> <br />Tubba, Chapman. Dale <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott ~ae given a hearing and stated <br />that it was necessary that he be given hie present <br />quarters on account of having the use of ~he <br />Ma~or'a Headquarters aa a private office, w~oh <br />wu necessary to transact City business. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee ~reenleaf duly seconded <br />by Dale and carried, City Engineer ~oy was im~truo <br />etruoted to occupy the southeast corner roo~ on <br />~he lower floor, aa his office for tbs present. <br /> <br /> A motion by Trustee Tubbe to adjourn wu dul~ <br />ee~nded by ChapB,~ and carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
