Hale Collins for a permit to install a 290 Ga. Gasoline Tank at his place of ness 1502 E. 4th St. was granted under the eupsrviel~ of the Fire Shier ',cfi motion of Trustee Tubhs, duly seconded by ChApman and carried. On ~otion of Trustee Tubhe duly seconded by Dale and carried, Frank Musselman was granted a permit to store some used lumber at 1900 W. 5th St. In the matter of the petition of property owners to improve Ross Street from Walnut to Camils with curbs and 5~ plain top concrete pavement with sufficient expansion Joints and that tho successful bidder on the school portion be required to do the property owner8 paving and other work at the sene bid prise. On motion of Trustee Dale duly seconded by Tubb~ and carried, the Clerk wa~ instructed to advertise for bid~ for paving Ross St. fronting on the East aide of Polytechnic High School Grounds, According to plane and specifications 'A" and 100 and aooordAng to and specifications 'A' and 101 ales ~ ft. of curb under curb specifications Ordinance ~ # lin the matter of the Petition of property owners to improve Broadway from~tbbon St. to Fairview Ave, with the necessary ot~rba and a 5' plain top concrete pavement with sufficient expansion Joints and that the successful bidder on the school portion be re-
