On motion of Trustee Oreenleaf duly seconded by Chapmaa and carried, the report was accepted and ordered filed. On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Ormenleaf and carried, the monthly reports of the Sanitar7 Inspector, Bldg.. Inspector, Recorder & Fire Chief, and Marshal were referred to the Finance Co~zittse. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Tubbe and carried, the Clerk wal instructed todraw warrants on the Treaa. to cover the demands as audited by Finance Committee. Tht~ being the date set for opening bide received for the con. struotion of a Fire Station for the City,s Fire Dept., the Clerk was instructed to open the bids received on motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by 0hapmm and carrle~.
