On motion of Trustee <br />Oreenleaf duly seconded by Chapmaa and carried, the report <br />was accepted and ordered filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Ormenleaf and <br />carried, the monthly reports of the Sanitar7 Inspector, Bldg.. <br />Inspector, Recorder & Fire Chief, and Marshal were referred <br />to the Finance Co~zittse. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Tubbe and <br />carried, the Clerk wal instructed todraw warrants on the <br />Treaa. to cover the demands as audited by Finance Committee. <br /> <br />Tht~ being the date set for opening bide received for the con. <br />struotion of a Fire Station for the City,s Fire Dept., the <br />Clerk was instructed to open the bids received on motion of <br />Trustee Dale, duly seconded by 0hapmm and carrle~. A. <br />Greamleaf, that the sdotion pertaining to the Water Clause in <br />the Plans amd Specifications of North Main Street, be revised <br />to read: All water shall be obtained from Fire Hydrants or <br />other unmetered connections, oarrie~, and on motion of Truete~ <br />Greenleaf d~ly seconded by Tubbe, the plane and specification, <br />for paving North ~ain Street aa amended were adopted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubb a duty seconded by Chapman and oar- <br />tied Wells and Breesler were greeted permission to circulate <br />petition and contract for paving Richland Street from Roes to <br />Flower with a 5" concrete base under Specifications "A" & 10~. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br /> <br />
