In Be Bid of G. A. Barrows, Fire Hall Construction Consolidated offices In Re New Committees Dept. Yn Re Jail Bids rejected In Re Wrecking City Jail Culverts Main St. Department, was duly seconded by Dale and carried. On motion of Trustee Dale duly seconded by Tubbe and carried, the bid of O. A. Barrows of S20,2~.00 for the construction or,Fire Hall Station according to plane and specifications , as prepared by Architect W. W. Ways,~/~ity Atty. was instructed to prepare necessary contract and bonds, for same. The clark being instructed to return the certified checks to the unsuccessful bidders.' On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Tvbbl and carried, the offices of Building, Electric and Plumbing Inspector are combined, under one office and to be u~der the supervision of one inspector, and all fees to be turned into the Treasury, effect- ive May let, 19~1. City Attorney Scott instructed to prepare necessary Resolution governing the salary of the new Inspector. On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Chapman and carried, President Mitchell was appointed · committeeman on Public property and City Engineering Dept,, and on motion of Trustee Greenle·f duly sec- onded by Dale and carried, Trustee Tubbs was appoint. ed a committeeman on Electric, Plumbing and Building Inspector. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- leaf and carried, that it is the a~aee of the board to ~rooeed with installing ~werte on Main Street aa proposed in the Bond issue.
