I. Clark, Health Officer , <br /> <br />calling the Boards attention to the conditions exist- <br />ing on Greenleaf, West l~th, and Santa Clara, between <br /> <br />Main and Broadway streets, having no sewer lines. On <br />motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Tubbs and <br />carried, City Engineer Hoy was instructed to prepare <br />plans and specifications to form a sewer district as <br />shown on map. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />In the matter of the Standard Oil Oo.'s Asphalt Letter <br />No. 14, in reference to maintenance cost of pavements <br />was on motion of Trustee Tubbe duly seconded by Dale <br />carried, referred to t~ Board aa a committee of the <br />whole for future oheoklm£. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubb$ duly seconded by Greenleaf <br /> <br />and carried, the monthly reports of the various City <br />Officers were referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
