On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded b7 Dale that proceedings to establish the grade on Bristol St. from 5th St. on the North to the City Limits on the South ce s~arted, carried. On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Tmbbs and carried, City Engineer Hoy was instructed to secure estimates for sewer right-of$way along the southerly Oity limits. Trustee ~h~les H. Chapman introduced a resolution order- ing and requiring the city Engineer of the City of Santa Aha to prepare plans and speoifloaticms and careful est- imates of costs and expenses for the improvement of North Sycamore Street and West Tenth Street, public streets of the City of Santa Ama, and to 8u~mit the same to the Board af Trustees for its approval, The Resolution was read, con sidered and assigned No. 6~6. On motion of Trustee W. A. Greenleaf se$onded Chem. M. Chapman and carried, ~he roll was called and Resolution No. 6~6 passed by the following vote: AYES: Trustees J. W. Tubbs, C. H. Chapman, H. H. Da]e, W. A. Greenleaf amd John G. ~itchell. NOES: Trustasa, none. ABSENT: Trumtecs none. Trustee John W. Tubbs introduced a Resolution ordering and requiring the city engineer of the city of Santa Aha to prepare plane and specifications and careful estimate~ of costs and expenees for the improvement of North Main Street, pu~llc street in the city of Santa Ama, and to su~ mit the same to the Board of Trustees for its approval. The Resolution was read, considered and assigned On motion of Trustee J. W. Tubbs, seconded by Trust- ee H~ H. Dale and carried, the roll wac called and Recol- utlon No. 6~? pa~sed by the following vote: AYES: Trustee Chapma, H. H. Dale, W? A. Greenleaf and NOES: Trustees, none. ABSENT: Trusteee J. W.
