On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for the construction of three and one-half re-in- forced concrete culverts, approximately 60 ft. long, , according to plans and specifications on file in the City Engine~r'e office. The request of J. J. De Vaux for a refund en the unused portion of his City License which was paid in advance for a period of one year, amounting to $50.00. An ordinance creating the office of City Inspector, de- fining hie duties and fixing his oompens&tion was given second reading and on motion of Trustee Dale duly second- ed by Greenleaf referred back to the City Attorney.
