On motion of Trustee T~bbs, duly <br />seconded by Char~man and carried, same was accepted and <br />ordered placed on fi]e. <br /> <br />'±he request of the Bradley Lecture Company for a permit <br />to conduct an evangelistic campaign iu reference to <br />t-omc Bible st~dy and permission to erect a tent pro <br />wired, in accordance with the City 0rdlnaucss, on the <br />}~enlnger property across from Birch Park, was granted, <br />0n motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, ~nder the ~roper supervision. <br /> <br />In the matter of the <br />reference to garbage <br />N. Nain Street, same <br /> <br />complaint of Cleve Sedoris in <br />cans of the Broiler Cafe, No. 414~ <br />was, on motion of Trustee Tubbs, <br /> <br />duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried referred to the <br />Sanitary Inspector, with orders to abate the nuisance. <br /> <br />The a~plication of Mrs. W. H. Thomas, asking for a <br />license for her two sons to operate a stand on the <br />corner of Birch and Third Streets, for the sale of <br />pop and ice cream, was referred to the Chairmmn of t~?. <br />Police Connnittee, on ~otlon of Trustee Greenleaf, duly <br />seconded~by ~ha;~man and carried~ <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />In the matter of the appll.cation of J. D.
