In Re neso. 801 Garnsey St. Improvement. :81 On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the Board sustained the protest of propert2 owners in the matter of widening Bristol Street from 1Vth Street north to Santiago Creek% This belu~ the tine and r]ace for reception of bids for work to be done and imrrovement to be made upon a norttc of Durant Street, an open public street in the city of Santa End, the Board of Trustees, beln~ duly convened in owen session, publicly opened, examined and declared all sealed proposals or bids for doin~ the work; Bi~s were received os follows: Item 1. ~e re~radlng to a sub,fade and the ].ayin~ of ~ 5 ~nch concrete pavement with belt finish wearing surface, complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, au~ material on an estimate of 27,110 square feet. Item 2. The trenching, furnishing and laying of house branch sewers, from the main sewer to the curb line complete with furnishing of all necessary equipment and material on an estimate of 20 linear feet. Ford being the lowest regular bid of a responsible bidder, the Board of Trustees rejected ail the bids except that of B. R. Ford and awarded to him the contract for doing said work. Thereupon, Trustee W.A.Greenleaf introduced a resolution awarding to B. R. Wo~d the contract for doing the work and making the improvement ordered upon a portion of Durant Street. The resolution w~s ordered fi]ed, read, considered, designated Resolution of Award No. 800, and upon call of t~e roll passed by the following na~ed n~embers of the Board of Trustees: Ayes: Trustees J. W. Tubbs, C.H. Chapman, H.H. Da]e, W. A. Greenleaf, John ~. Mitchell. Trustees None. T~lstees None. Noes: Absent: Trustee W. A.
