On motion of Trustee tale, duly seconded by Green- leaf and carried, the bonds of T. ~,;. }T_eath for pri- vate contract cement sidewe~k and curbing, Sinsley and Ewing for private contract cement sidewalk and curbing and F. Vandivort, Electrician, were referred to the Chair and City Engineer for approval. On motion of Trustee Oreenleaf, duly seconded by D~]e and carried, the deed from Roy Russell, et al, for street purposes on ~outh Garnsey wos refer;*ed to the City Engineer to report at next meeting. Mr. C.~.= Clark was before the Boar~ in reference td placing house numbers on the curb, explaining the advantages, etc. On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the matter was referred to the Board as a Cow~nittee of the whole. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Dale and carried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the Boards ap~roval of Map Tract No. 256 when the Bond of $500.00 which is to accomvsny the tract, ha~ been ar~proved by the President of the Board. A petition signed by a lathe number of prorerty owners on Riveriue Avenue between 6th and Haleswort! asking that above portion os street be improved witt six inch Portland cement concrete and belt finish wearing surface was read, rind on ~.,ot~ou of Trustee tale, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, same w~s referred to the City Engineer for checking. A petition s~gned by property owners on Oarnsey St. between Pine and Fairview Ave., asking that the above r. ortion of street be improved with five inch concrete pavement with belt finish wearing surface under the 1911 Improver~ent and 1915 Bond %ct, was read, and on motion of Trustee Da]e, duly seconded by Green]ear and carried, same was referred to the ~,~ty Engineer for checking. Ou motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Dale and carried, ~treet lights were ordered in- stalled at the follow~ng places on Hickey Street:- Towner, Fair]awn, English and Hawley Streets.
