In Re Ordinance establishing grade on S. Garnsey & W. Myrtle Streets.' AP P ROVED nL, Board~of City Tr~stees. Trustee H. K. Dale introduced an ordinance accept- ing on behalf of the city West ~yrtle Ltreet and South Car~zey Street, and originally fixing and establisblng the grade thereof. ~e ordinance was ordered fi]ed, read, consid- ered and submitted to the C~ty Attorney and Special Counsel. ,, 0n motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Green- leaf and carried, tbs Board adjourned. On motion of Trustee man and carried, U. O. conduct an auto repair to Trustee Tubbs, Chairman of Tubbs, duly seconded by Chap- Cook was granted a permit to. shop at 1gl5 West Third St, On motion of Trustee.Tubbs, duly seconded by Chap- man and c'orried, the request of the Standard Oil Co. for' permission ~o ~eeonstruct sidewalk on the north side of Tenth Street adjacent to their, property, was mranted under the s~mervision of the' City Engi- neer and Street Sure rintendent.
