In Re Petition to Pave Artesia Street. A petition signed by property owners on Artesla, i between Fifth and Second Streetsm a~ing that above! oortion of street be improved with f~ve inc~ Port-~ land ee~ent and belt finish wearing surface, under1~ the 1011 Im~rovemenl Act and 10lB Bond Act, was read and, on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded i by Tubbs and carried, same was referred to t~e City Engineer for checking purposes. In Re Bonds of L. H. Lucas., et ~z~c ~-onds of L. Ii. Lucas, Norman Herzig and Morse & Tolliver for ~S00.00 each to do private contract cement sidewalk and curbing work were, on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chairman and carrled~ referred to the Chair and City Engineer for approval: or disapproval. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, same were taken ~znder advisement, to be definitely settled next Monday night, July 1Vth, 1922. Completion of Well No. 12.
