On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Oreen~ leaf and carried, Attorney Clyde Bishop was in- " structed to proceed with necessary steps for the opening of McClay Street from Fourth Street to Central Avenue, at a fee of $100.00, same to be paid by the property owners. On motion of Tl~ustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Oree~ leaf and carried, the Clerk was instl-ucted to si~: the Board's approval to mep Tract No. 338, Tustin Home Tract, a subdivision within the three mile limit.
