In Rs Sale of Bonds Cypress Avenue. resolution passed by the vote of the following named members of the Board of Trustees: Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H.Chapman, H.H.Da]e, ~.A.Greenleaf, John O. Mitchell, Trustees None. Trustees None. Nee s: Absent: This being the ti"me and place for the opening of bids for the sale of the improvement bonds on a portion of West Pine Street and no bids have been filed or re- ceived, it was ordered by the Board of Trustees that ten bonds tn the denomination of $500.00 and ten bonds in the denomination of $323.23, bearing interest st the rate of V per cent per annum from the 2nd day~ of October, 1922, payable semi-annually to be issued, signed by the treasurer and clerk and the interest coupons signed by tbs treasurer or by her lithographed or printed signature to be delivered to B. H. Ford in satisfaction for the sum due him upon his assessment ~nd warrant for the work and improve- ment made upon a part of West Pine Street, which is briefly described in Resolution of Intention V6V, passed the 13th day of March, 1922, and ordered done by resolution VV0 upon filing his proper receipt.
