Joint outfall sewer pipeline, rejected all of the, in the amount of $1~8,~2.00 ; bids filed except that of Joe Chutuk~/and instru~.- ed the Clerk to return to all of the bidders except him, their respective certified checks andI bidder~' bonds. Trustee C. H. Chapman then introduced a reso- lution awarding to Joe Chutuk at the price named in his bid, the contract for the construction of the joint outfall sewer pipeline, the same to be constructed of segmental block and brick manho.les~ ~he resolution was ordered filed, read, con- sidered; the roll was called ~nd the resolution passed by the follow~g vote: Ayes: Trustees J.W.T~bbs, C.H.
