On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Dale and carried, the request of Angelo Pappas for per- mission to stand popcorn and [~esnut wago,~ at 3rd and Main ~Ztreets after s~x P. M., was referred to the ~oli~e Committee. On motion of Tr,.]stee C-reenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, tb~ req~est of Mrs. Ella Goy for permission to conduct a grocery at 1219 ','Jest Second Street. was referred to the Police Committee. On motion of Trustee Dale, leaf and carried, application of a~Foi:,tment as Police officer, was Police Co~mnitt ce. duly seconded by ,~r~en- B. Harwood for referred to the A communication from the Chamber of Commerce was re~d in w~cb it was requested that automobiles be allow- ed to park at an angle aroond t?e courthouse square. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Dale and carried, sam~ was referred to t?e .Street Committee. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, dilly seconded by Chap- n~n and carried, cormmunication from the Chamber of, Cormnerce suggesting that the Board investigate the feasibility of annexing new territory Norbh and East of the City limits to the Orange City limits and ~'est to include West Orange, was ~ferred to the Board as a Comm~ittee of the whole.
