T~ustee J.W.Tubbs introduced a resolution requiring the Engineer to furnish plan& and specifications and estimates of cost for the improvement of that portion of Twentieth Street from the.East line of Broadway to two feet westerly of the. Wea~..reil of the Southern Pacific Reilroed t~aeks, and Santa Clara Avenue f~om the east line of Main Street to the East l~ne of Street, by paving the same with .~ inch asphaltic concrete base and 1~ inch asphalt, wearing surface and the installation in said at,eats of lateral house oonneotion sewers. ~e reaiution was ordered filed, read, eoneidered~ and designated Resolution No. 899& the roll was called and the resolution passed by the following vote: Ayes: T~uetees J.W.Tubbe, C.~.Chapman, H.H.Dele, W.A.Greenleaf, ffohn G. ~tttohell.
