M. and Greenleaf. On motion of minutes of be waived, Trustee Dale that the reading of the the meetings of Dee. 19th, 22nd, and wa~ dui7 seconded by Tubbs. In the matter of the application of Mrs. M. Goetz for a permit ~o conduct a rooming house at 4th. On motion of Trustee Ohap~an duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, ~ referred to the Po]ice Committee. On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded by Greenle4 and carried, Morris and Allen were granted a permit to conduct an Auto Repair Shop and used oa~oaale~ yard at ]10-12 The monthly reports of the varioue City Officers were on motion o f Trustee Tubbe duly seconded by Greenleaf ~nd carried, referred to the finance com- mittee. On motion of Trustee Greenlea~ duly seconded by Tubbe and carried, the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants on the Treasurer to cover the demands aa audited by the Finance Committee. On motion of and oa~ried, received for Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Tubbf the Clerk was instructed to open hl~ the proposed wall to be drilled on the at 6th and~t., One east side of the reservoir H.
