(5) That at the special election two-thirds .amd more of all the voters voting thereat voted YES and in favor of Proposition No. 1 and the issuance and sale o~ the bonds of the city of Santa An, in the sum of $172,000.00 for the purposes set forth in Resolution No. 759 and recited in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 6W of the city of Santa An, is author- ized.
