Dullcan. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Protest on <br /> <br />W. 6th St. Paving. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Appointment - F.W.Faucett <br />Pound-keeper. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Auto Park <br /> <br />Specifications. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Auto Park <br /> <br />Knox & Stout <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee <br />Tubbs and carried, <br />permission to sell <br />was denied. <br /> <br /> Chapman, duly seconded by <br />the request of Bascom Rush for <br />soda pop by means of a push car~ <br /> <br /> In the matter of the petitions of property owners <br /> <br />on Olive Street between 4th and 6th and West Chest- <br />nut between Flower and Baker Streets to improve the <br />above portions of streets with five inch concrete <br />pavement and belt finish wearing surface under the <br />1911 Improvement Act and the 1918 Bond Act: On <br />motion of Trustee Greeu~eaf, duly seconded by Tubbs <br />and carrls~, both petitions were referre~, to the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by <br />Greenleaf and Carried, the appllcat~.on of Wm. Dtuacan <br />for permission to conduct a pool and billiard parlor <br />at 404 - 406 East Fourth Street, was referred to the <br />Chairman of the Police Committee. <br /> <br />A protest signed by six property owners on West <br />SiEth Street between Shelton and Baker, protesting <br />against the Daring of West Sixth between the above <br />~istance at this time, was presented. On motion of <br />Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, the matter was referred to the Board as a <br />CoL~nlttee of the whole. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by <br />Chapman and carried, F. ~'.'. Faucett was appointed <br />pound-keeper, asprovided for in 0rdina~fce No. 885. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- <br />leaf and carried, .auto park specifications as recom- <br />mended by the Building Insoector a~d Fire Chief, were <br />adopted and the City Attorney and Building Inspector <br />were instr~cted to amend the building ordinance in <br />reference to the specifications as adopted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenlea[ <br />an~ carried, the presemt auto park of Knox & Stout at <br />the corner of Third and French Streets was ordered <br />removed and built a.~cording to spec~f~ions~ as <br />recommended by the Building Inspector and Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> <br />
