Chapman, duly seconded by the request of Bascom Rush for soda pop by means of a push car~ In the matter of the petitions of property owners on Olive Street between 4th and 6th and West Chest- nut between Flower and Baker Streets to improve the above portions of streets with five inch concrete pavement and belt finish wearing surface under the 1911 Improvement Act and the 1918 Bond Act: On motion of Trustee Greeu~eaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carrls~, both petitions were referre~, to the City Engineer. On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Greenleaf and Carried, the appllcat~.on of Wm. Dtuacan for permission to conduct a pool and billiard parlor at 404 - 406 East Fourth Street, was referred to the Chairman of the Police Committee. A protest signed by six property owners on West SiEth Street between Shelton and Baker, protesting against the Daring of West Sixth between the above ~istance at this time, was presented. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the matter was referred to the Board as a CoL~nlttee of the whole. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, F. ~'.'. Faucett was appointed pound-keeper, asprovided for in 0rdina~fce No. 885. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- leaf and carried, .auto park specifications as recom- mended by the Building Insoector a~d Fire Chief, were adopted and the City Attorney and Building Inspector were instr~cted to amend the building ordinance in reference to the specifications as adopted. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenlea[ an~ carried, the presemt auto park of Knox & Stout at the corner of Third and French Streets was ordered removed and built a.~cording to spec~f~ions~ as recommended by the Building Inspector and Fire Chief.
