]) <br /> <br />Requested by Telephone Co. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5g__~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING I.I~¥:IT~IONS <br /> UNDER ORD~,ANC~ NO. 1030 <br /> AS A~,.END~D BY ORDINANCE NO. 1336 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolutions <br /> <br />Council of the City of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />1945, and on the 1st day of March, <br /> <br />AS <br /> <br />Nos. 3401 and 3645 of the City <br /> <br />adopted on the 2nd da7 of July, <br />1948, respectively, pursuant <br /> <br />to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, <br />and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City <br />of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public <br />Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council <br />did declare thst the following curb along the public highways in <br />the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow as provided in <br />Subdivision "h" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the <br />City Engineer was thereby directed to cause the curb to be painted <br />as above described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> SOUTR MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> On the West side between First and Walnut Streets, <br /> <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly 73 <br /> The Southerly 20 <br /> AND, <br /> <br /> feet of the Northerly 222 feet. <br /> <br /> feet of the Northerly 124 feet. <br /> <br /> it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br />and eliminate those certain loading zones as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW TH~REFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading <br />zones are hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby <br />directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FI~THER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions <br />of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to <br />the provisions of said Ordinance No. 1030, as amended by Ordinance <br /> <br /> <br />
