RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TILDE LI~.,':IT PARKIUG ZONE <br />UNDER SECTION 9 0P ORDINANCE N0. 10S0 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant <br /> <br />the State of California, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0P SANTA ANA, AS <br /> <br />to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />and pursuant to the provisions of 0rdt- <br /> <br />nance No. 10SO of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 6, 19~6, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following curb along a public highway <br />in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted green and shall bear a <br />legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time <br />limit for parking shall be twenty (~0) minutes, as provided in <br />Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 10$O, and the <br />City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted <br />as above described, on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> EAST FIFTH STREgT <br /> <br /> On the South side between Main and Bush Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East S8.6 feet of the West 47.6 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the <br /> <br /> 7th day of Januar~ , 195~. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City <br /> <br /> Deputy <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />(sz ) <br /> <br /> <br />
