Requested by THE HOUSE OF GOOD SPIRITS <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ~2-~' <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TIME LIMIT PARKING ZONE <br /> UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance of the <br />City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways within said <br />City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare <br />that the following curb along a public highway in the City of Santa <br />Aha shell be painted green and shall bear a legend in white letters <br />thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall be <br />twenty (20) minutes, as provided in Subdivision "?" of Section 9 of <br />said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to <br />cause said curb to be painted as above described, on the following <br />curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST SEVENTEENTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the Nortb side of Seventeenth Street between Heliotrope <br />and Greenleaf Street, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 21 feet of the West 112 feet. <br /> <br />Aha at <br />of <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />its regular meeting h~ld on the ?th day <br /> January , 1952. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Ci~ty Clerk <br /> <br /> Deputy <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(sE t) <br /> <br />'Or. <br /> <br /> <br />
