RESOLUTION NO. ,52--6 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THP~E EASF3~ENT DEEDS V~EREAS, ELVIN E. W-EBB and HELEN C. ~EBB have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated December 17, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over and across the following: The Westerly 5 feet of Lots 21 and 22, Block "B", Tract 245, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 13 at Page 22, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County; and WHEREAS, A. B. ROUSSELLE has presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated November 26, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City of ~anta ~na, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over and across the following: The Westerly five feet of Lots 5, 7, and the Westerly five feet of the North 46 feet of Lot 9, Block A, Tract No. 245, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 13 at Page 22, Miscellaneous Maps, Eecords of Orange County; and WHEREAS, HOWARD H. COMBS and FREDA ELIZABETH COMBS have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated November 29, 1951 convey- ing an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over the WesZerly five (5) feet of Lot 2, Block D, Tract 252, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 13, at Page 33, Miscellaneous Naps, Records of 0rao~e County; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac- cepts said deeds for easements across the property hereinabove de- scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deeds to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of January, 1952. ATTEST: CITY CLERK Deputy
