RESOLUTION NO. 52-? <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASE~IENT DEED <br /> <br /> '~EREAS, CLARA E. HiLL and CLIFFORD R. HILL, as Guardian <br />of the Estate of 0ttilie I. Jiles, also known as 0tillie I. giles, <br />Incompetent, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed <br />dated November 9tn, 1951 conveying an easement across that certain <br />resl property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, Otate of <br />California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over and across the <br />following: <br /> The Westerly Oeven feet of Lot 15 in Block "B" <br /> of "Tract No. 284, Chanticleer Nanor", as shown <br /> on a Nap recorded in Book 14, pages i and 2 of <br /> Niscellaneous Naps, records of Orange County, <br /> California. <br /> This deed is executed by CLIFFORD R. HILL, as Guar- <br /> dian of the estate of 0TTILIE I. JILES, also ~nown as <br /> OTILLIE I. gILES, Incompetent, pursuant to and in con- <br /> formity with an order made November 9th, 1951, by the <br /> Superior Court of Orange County, California, a certified <br /> copy of which order is recorded contemporaneously herewith. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br />accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
