Requested by Pacific Welding <br /> Supply Co. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 52-9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOh~ ESTABLISHING TI~,{E LIMIT PARKING ZONE <br />UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant <br /> <br />the State of California, <br /> <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br /> <br />to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />and pursuant to the provisions of 0rdi- <br /> <br />nance No. 1050 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following curb along a public highway <br />in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted green and shall bear <br />a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum <br />time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, as provided <br />in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be <br />painted as above described, on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> EAST FIRST STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between Oak and Hickory Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 20 feet of the West 133 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br /> <br />~__ day of Januar~ , 1952. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ~ City <br />by: /~~ _~ <br /> ' '~ Deputy <br /> <br /> <br />
