RESOLUTION NO. 52-10 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED <br /> <br /> ~tEREAS, ANNETTA J. DIS!GLEDY has presented to the City Council, <br />an easement deed dated September 27th, 1951 conveying an easement <br />across that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over and across the <br /> following: <br /> The Westerly 7 feet of Lot 7 in Block "B" of Tract <br /> No. 284, Chanticleer ~anor, as shown on a Nap recorded <br /> in Book l&, pages i and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records <br /> of Orange County, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de- <br />scribed.
