Sweet, H.J. and Susie B. <br />Hawkins, Soy C. and Grace S. Go~ardus, W. D. and Florenc, <br />K. Ranney and Lottie E. Pslmer and Emma P. Mosbaugh <br />covering land for street purposes, being the continuatio~ <br />of South Flower Street, were accepted and the Clerk <br />instructed to have the same recorded. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Dale <br />and carried, the reports of the various city officials <br />were ~eferred to the Finance Commit tee. <br /> <br />A communication from E. E.Hemsberg was presented, pro- <br />testing against paving assessment upon his property at <br />corner of 1Vth and Main Streets for l~th Street pawing. <br />On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, the protest was received and placed on file for <br />the reason that time for entering protest has expired. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />sn~ carried, recom~nendation of Park Board for appointment1 <br />of Mr. John A. Williamson as Park Custodian was accepted <br />snd Mr. Williamson appointed Custodian of Parks of the <br />city of S~ta Ans. <br /> <br />A number of property owners on Bush Street were before <br />the Board asking reconsideration of kind of paving to be <br />constructed on Bush Street. On motion of Trustee Tubbs <br />duly seconded by Dale and carried, property owners were <br />granted pePmisslon to circulate new petition, to be <br />presented to the Board at next meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by I~le and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the Board's <br />approval to MaD Tract No. 354 when bond covering improve- <br />ments has been fi]ed and approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and <br /> <br />carried, %;. A. }~rwood and Nelson M. Smith were sppolnted <br />Police Officers of the city of Smta Ans. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chsp~n, duly seconded by Dale and <br />carried, the Police Department were instructed to proceed <br />a~ainst parties subject to City License and who have not <br />paid for any portion of 1922. <br /> <br /> <br />
