On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Oreenleaf and carried the communication was ace~-pted and ¥laced on fi]e, the Board expressing itself as favcrlng suggested pole 1f~ reservations. On motion of Trustee Oreenleaf, seconded by Tubbs and carried, same was referred to a coramittee composed of Trustees Chanmsn, DsL~ ~rd Greenleaf.
