RESOLUTION NO. 52-12 <br /> <br />A R~SOLUTION ACCEPTING OFFER OF DEDICATION OF <br />LOT %' FOR STREET PURPOSES <br /> <br /> WhErEAS, heretofore the map of Tract No. 228 was offered <br />for filing and after the necessary preliminary procedures, was <br />accepted and recorded in Book 13 at page 19 of Miscellaneous <br />Records of Orange County; and <br /> <br /> WM'~EAS, said Tract included a lot designated as X which <br />was "reserved for street to be opened for public use upon dedi- <br />cation or deeding of the adjoining 30 feet on the north"; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the 30 feet adjoining and immediately north of <br />said Lot X has now been dedicated to the City of Santa Ann by <br />the acceptance of Tract No. 1~70 and the offer of dedication of <br />said Lot X should now be accepted; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br />by this Resolution hereby accepts the offer of dedication of Lot <br />X in Tract No. 228 as per map thereof recorded in Book 13 at page <br />19, Miscellaneous Records of Orange County for the purpose of a <br />public street. <br /> <br /> BE IT I~JRTHERRESOL~ED: That the City Clerk shall cause <br />a copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the <br />County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />at its <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aaa <br /> regular meeting held on the 4th day of <br /> <br />Februar~ ........ , 1952. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CITT CI~K <br /> <br /> Deputy <br /> <br /> <br />
