RESOLUTION NO. 52-15 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE NAYOR AND CITY <br />CL~K TO ~CUTE THE CONTRACT BETW":~ SAID CITY AND COUNTY <br />SANITATION DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, <br />AND DIRECTING TEE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO ARRANGE FOR THE <br />ASSIGNMENT OF THE CONTRACT lET UNDER PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BY <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA WITH GLADDING, McBEAN & CO. FOR VITRI- <br />FIED CLAY PIPE IN BEHALF 0F THE DISTRICT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED: That a contract for the preparation of con- <br /> <br />struction plans and specifications for the trunk lines of County <br /> <br />Sanitmtioa District Number 0ac of Orange County, California by the <br /> <br />Engineering Department of the City of Santa Aaa, California, has been <br /> <br />prepared and is herewith presented to the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ann, and is hereby approved, and the Mayor of said City, and <br /> <br />the City Clerk are hereby directed to execute the same, said agree- <br /> <br />meat bearing date of January 23, 1952. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said City, under prior authoriza- <br />tion, has let a contract for vitrified clay pipe to GLADDING, McBEAN <br /> <br />CO. on behalf of County Sanitation District Number One of Orange <br /> <br />County.
