Request of St. Peter Ev. <br />Lutheran Church <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 52-16 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~ ~ <br /> E~TABLIShING PASSENGER LOADING ZONE UNDER <br /> SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br /> <br /> ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the pro- <br />visions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, <br />entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating <br />the Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted <br />April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that <br />the following curb along the public highway in the City <br />of Santa Aha shall be painted White as provided in <br />Subdivision "G" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, <br />and the City Engineer is hereby directed to csuse said <br />curb to be painted White, as follows: <br /> <br /> NORTH PARTON STREET <br /> <br /> On the West side between Fifteenth and Seven- <br />teenth Streets, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The North 20 feet of the South 185 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana~ its regular meeting held <br /> <br />on the ~St~ day of Feb~ar~ , 1952. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Cierk <br /> <br /> Deputy <br /> <br />/~ayor <br /> <br />( ) <br /> <br /> <br />
