Requested by Taylor ~ Thornton <br /> <br /> RESOLUTIO}[ NO. ~2-17 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LI~,~ITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1050 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicls <br />Cods of the Stats of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, <br />sntttled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha Regulating <br />the Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted <br />April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that <br />the following curb along the public highway in the City <br />of Santa Ana shall bs painted Yellow, as providsd in <br />subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said 0rdinancs No. 1030, <br />and ths City Enginser is hsreby dirsctsd to cause said <br />curb to be painted Yellow, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> NORTH ROSS STREET <br /> <br /> On ths West side between Fifth and Sixth Streets, <br />locatsd as follows: <br /> <br /> The North 30 fest of ths South 104 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the City Council of ths <br /> <br />City of Santa Aha, at its regular meeting <br />hsld on the 18th day of F~bruary, 1952. <br /> <br />ATTmST. <br /> <br /> ~ 'City C~erk <br /> <br /> Deputy <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
