Requested by Taylor & Thornton <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 52-18 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LI:/fITATIONS <br /> U!,TDER ORDINANCE ~0. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, <br />entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating <br />the Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted <br />April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that <br />the following curb along a public highway in the City of <br />Santa Aha shall be oainted green and shall bear a legend <br />in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time <br />limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, as pro- <br />vided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of sa~d Ordinance <br />No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to <br />cause said curb to be painted as above described, on the <br />following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST FIFTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between Ross Street <br />Avenue, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The West 18 feet of the East ~ feet. <br /> <br />and Van Ness <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana at its regular <br /> <br />held on the 18~h day of February, <br /> <br />meeting <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> City'C~M <br /> · ~ Deputy <br /> <br />( ) <br /> <br />I I IIII IIII II lil l III ~ T Ii ill Iii <br /> <br /> <br />
