hereby authorized and directed to pay for said Cities and Sanitary <br /> Districts, the sum of $3150.00 to the ORANGE COUNTY PRODUCTION CREDIT <br /> ASSOCIATION, 717 N. Main Street, Santa ~na, California, to apply on <br /> the indebtedness due said Association by one CASEY BLUE for the pur- <br /> pose of having that certain real property owned by the City of New- <br /> port Beach bounded on the North by Hamilton Street, on the West by <br /> Ward Street and on the East by the Santa kna ~iver. and containing <br /> approximately 90 acres, released from the lien of a crop mortgage <br /> so that the same may be made available to the present tenant under <br /> land lease, Mr. IRVINE PHILLIPS, in exchange for his release of the <br /> real property hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> That the City of Santa Aha does hereby resolve and agree to <br />pay its proportionate share of the cost to be borne by the Ora~e <br />County Joint Outfall Sewer under the terms of the agreement covering <br />rental of the use of the ocean outfall to the City of Newport Beach <br />for the rent due under said lease and the payment of $3150.00 as <br />such proportionate share is determined in accordance with the agree- <br />ments and modifications thereto between said Cities and Sanitary <br />Districts of the Orange County Joint 0utfall Sewer. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That when Resolutions in substan- <br />tially the same words and figures as this Resolution have been <br />passed and adopted by the Cities of Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange <br />and the La Habra Sanitary District, Placentia Sanitary District, <br /> <br />Buena Park Sanitary District and Garden Grove Sanitary District, and <br /> Santa Aha <br /> certified copies of said Resolutions filed with the/City Clerk, the <br /> <br />Mayor and City Clerk are directed to execute the Lease hereinabove <br />referred to on behalf of the City of Santa ~na as contracting Agent <br />for the member Cities and Sanitary Districts comprising the Orange <br />County Joint Outfall Sewer. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />at its <br />1952. <br /> <br />~ATTEST: <br /> <br /> · , CITY.~I~ <br /> <br />regular meetfh~ held on the 18th day of February , <br /> <br />Deputy <br /> <br /> <br />
