The Clerk also reported that the bu~erlntend, nt of Streets filed a letter with the Clerk pric to tbs time set for the hearing, calling the Board's attention to certain c~ertcal errors in the diagram and ,ssessment, and no motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded ~nd carried, the Board found that the clerisal errors did exist tn tle assessment ~nd diagram ~nd directed the Buperlntende of Streets to modify ~nd correct in his communication. The Superintendent of ~tr~ets the s~id errors ss set out reoorted that }~e had modified and corrected the assessment ~nd diagram pursuant to the ~der of the Bosrd sad tbs Ooard now being ~tisfied wlth the correctness of the assessment, on motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by Chapman and carried, resolution confirming the assessment as mod!fled, w,s ~ sss by the follow,uF vote: Ayes: Trustees C.
