City Hail. <br /> <br />Febru. ry 4th, 1924. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Trustee Tubbs presented to the Board a resolution whlch <br />was read by the Clerk and upou motion of Trustee Ch, Dm, n. <br />seconded by Neff. was unanimously adopted ss follows: <br /> <br /> Where~s. upon roll ceil of the members of the Board of <br />Trustees of the city of Santa An,. no one a~swers "1 <br />from the F~rst %'.,rd. and we find t~e chair of the Trustee <br />from this ~;'ard vac..nt, and <br /> <br /> Where.s, Claude L.
