On motion of Trustee McPhee, secomded by Chapman and ' csrrfe d, ~outhern Gounties Gas Company will be asked to h~ld up work of cutting South Birch Street psvemeMt until notified by this Board. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chapman and carried, Police Committee was given authority to dispose ,of unclaimed bicycles collected by the Police Department. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Cha~man and carried, sidewalks and c~"bs were ordered constructed on both sides of Bishop Street between Orange Avenue and Cypress Ave. On motion of Trustee Neff, seconded by Chs~nsn snd carried, it is the sense of the Board that no specifications for tPe improvement of any street within the City of Santa Aha by the construction or laying thereon of any patented pavement on which a r~yalty is paid, either directly or indirectly to any person{ firm or corporation will be hereafter approved by this Board cf Trustees.
